Currently, Jerome serves as the company Management coordination, he plays an integral role in the company strategic development and expansion. He is the soul and spirit of our family team. Previously Jerome has participated in the establishment of ASUS in France, the world n°1 computer manufacturer. As a marcom specialist, he has successfully setup many corporate projects (French government, education…) and deals with numerous marketing and communication programs (Partnership, PR, Media plan, Adverstising).


		Specialities : International finance, Bank audit, coface products International financial expert, Socrate co-founded in 2000 Heuristis Business Consulting which developed SRP advisories for corporate client such as BNP-PARIBAS (bank) or AIR ALGERIE. Previously in 1999, he co-founded CapitaleMedia, specialized in Mobility business which own www.pdafrance.com, the most powerful media for mobile products (PDA, cell phone, laptop…) totalling more than 600.000 visitors per month. Socrate starts his career in international finance in Credit Lyonnais as a Client Manager, joins BNP-PARIBAS in London as a Euro change coordinator then finally operates as the co-director of Societe-Generale’s ASIA export department. Before joining the company in 2005, Socrate served as a consultant in Ernst & Young Audit then joined CSC Consulting as a senior manager. Socrate graduated from the Business School of PARIS DAUPHINE in finance, holds a finance Master degree in ESCP-EAP and a Master degree of international corporate economy in SCIENCES-PO PARIS.

		Specialities : Accounting and taxes, administration, operating management Guillaume is the company accounting expert. He has oversight for Human Capital and Operational functions, including compensation and performance management systems, benefits, employment relations, recruitment, staff training… In others words, the business life has no secrets for him. Previously Accounting director in Prologis France, Guillaume was in charge of the southern Europe area and during this period he has managed a 3 billions euro asset. Before joining Prologis, Guillaume was a taxes and financial consulting in one of the biggest consulting agency operating in more than 140 countries. Guillaume graduated from the Business And Management School of Bordeaux and holds a DESCF degree in accounting which allows him to enter the prestigious club of accounting expert in France.

		Specialities : Risk management, international ecosystem, case studies Thomas recently graduated from the famous Business School of SCIENCES-PO PARIS, and is a specialist of risk management and China’s development. Previously in charged of the international development of British India Limited, he has oversight of the growth of the company in Malaysia and Singapour. Thomas also holds a licence of Mandarin in the INALCO foreign languages school, before obtaining his Master of Politic Sciences in the Marne-La-Vallée university.

		Specialities : Program design and development, technology consultant Sebastien is responsible for the design, development and operations of JLI Trading’s technologies and network. He has more than 10 years of experience designing, developing and managing complex real-time software systems in a variety of sectors. Previously, Sebastien has served as a financial engineer for EURO FINANCE SYSTEMS SA, where he has managed the development of many trading interface in JAVA/SWING, C++, .NET…). Sebastien graduated from the University of Pierre et Marie Curie, in system and network management.
